More about PhotoCamp Utah

PhotoCamp Utah was the brainchild of a few local photographers looking to provide a fun learning and inspirational event for the photographic community in Utah. Our idea is to join in the "Camp" theme started by others, carrying over the collective goodwill from these educational and social events. This year's event will take place March 20, 2010.
The concept of the PhotoCamp is to have an all day conference jam-packed with great presentations and workshops. We have several speakers currently lined up and will be looking for many more to fill up to 14 slots. The topics will range from getting started or enhancing your photography business, to processing workflow, and on to some specialized photographic techniques. Some classes will be of the "how to" variety, and others will be focused on inspiring you and your photography. The goal is to have many topics to choose from, so you can pick and choose those that most appeal to you.
Each presentation hour will have up to several topics to choose from!
For our second event will take place at the Miller Conference Center. This large conference center is able to accommodate a big crowd both in a keynote session as well as several break out presentation/workshops. Click here for map & directions.
How does this all happen? Those organizing this event are just some local people like you; photographers passionate about not only photography, but learning and sharing this with others. We invite you to join us on this day, but also to please help us put on a great event. Please contact us if you can help in any way.
Most of all, help us get the word out to your fellow photography friends and let's fill this day with some great people!
